The hotel has perfect and kind staff. the view of the lake is exceptionally good. - the breakfast is delicious and nice. - It is located in the heart of the city, making it a superb stay for a business trip.

Location on the lake shore in walking distance from the castle (5 min). Good breakfast.

The carpet in the room requires replacement.

The city room I stayed in was new-fashioned with air conditioning. the location was great and unbeatable, at a medium distance from a restored castle. A train station close to the hotel was really handy.

You prepare a delicious fresh breakfast, unlike any other place I have stayed.

The stay here was nice on vacation. Impeccably clean units with blankets & below, bathroom plus soft beds, and the staff were consistently courteous. Next to a port, the location was amazing and unbeatable, right next the train station.

The city room was well-appointed with a very comfy bed, reliable free Wi-Fi, and exceptional service.

Although the restaurant was very friendly and pleasant, the menu was very limited. I also had the most awful night sleep, the night I stayed. This was not due to an uncomfortable bed. There was torrential rain the night I stayed and I hardly got any sleep from 2 am when I woke up to 5.30am when I had to get up to get ready to catch a train from Kolding to Copenhagen at 06.40 am. The rain drops were falling onto the metal ballustrade surrounding the slanting window. The window was closed, along with the curtains, but the noise created was extremely surprising. It was as if somebody was playing a harp all night long. I had also requested a double bed, but got a twin room.

Good location, close to the train station and to the city centre.

The units are amazingly comfortable and the staff, especially at the reception desk, are personable. the breakfast is delicious and incredibly nice, offering a good choice of meals. the hotel has a pleasant and great location, just a super close walk to Staldgarden. Checking in and checking out are painless processes, with the option for a late check out.

The rooms are clean and impressive with spacious beds, located centrally making it an exceptional starting point to explore the area.

It was a very nice stay for a business trip. The restaurant here was very accommodating at the lobby. We both ordered savoury dishes. Extras like a hair dryer, a carpet, and a kettle were appreciated.
